Sorbitan Mono Laurate is a Non-ionic, lipophillic (Oil loving) surfactant. Used for preparing water in oil emulsions, Water dispersible emulsifier which exhibits antifoam properties, used to retard starch crystallization in jellies, lubricant antistat, process aid in PVC resin manufacture. Used as an Emulsifiers & dispersants for pigments and for the preparations of Cosmetics & Pharmaceuticals.
