Glycerol Mono Laurate -LS functions as a primary emulsifier for water-in-oil emulsions. In addition to its emulsifier function MONEGYL® – LS can impart a lasting emollient feel to formulations. It is used in shoe polishes. It can also be used as a defoamer.
